Mobile massage in San Francisco

Home, hotel and office sessions across San Francisco with Ryan Calhoon, CMT.

Ryan Calhoon works at Senspa in San Francisco and runs a separate mobile practice across the city. The mobile practice exists for the longer, quieter sessions a spa schedule cannot hold.

Homes, hotels and offices

San Francisco is the one part of the service area where the request is often not a house. Hotel rooms for people in town for a few days, and places of business for seated work, both come up regularly. Ryan brings a chair as well as a table, so either is possible.

For an apartment, all that is needed is a clear space around six by eight feet in whichever room you prefer.

What people book in the city

Traditional Massage is the most common first booking — straightforward Swedish and deep tissue for circulation, stiffness and muscular fatigue, at the pressure you ask for. The session where you can switch off entirely.

People who come back a second time often move to Massage for Subconscious Tension, which is a different proposition: active rather than passive, and aimed at the holding underneath the soreness rather than the soreness itself.

Sessions and rates

Traditional Massage $150 / $225 / $275 for 60, 90 and 120 minutes. Massage for Subconscious Tension and Emotional Release Therapy $175 / $250 / $300. Two-hour hybrid $300. Travel across the bridge is factored into the rate, confirmed before booking.

Questions

Can you come to a hotel?
Yes. Ryan can bring his table, or chair and all supplies to a home, hotel or place of business anywhere in San Francisco.
Do you do chair massage for offices?
Ryan brings a chair as well as a table, so seated work at a place of business is possible. Text with what you have in mind, how many people and how long, and he will tell you what is workable.
Can Ryan come to a hotel or an office in San Francisco?
Yes. Sessions happen at homes, hotels and places of business, and he brings a table or a chair depending on the space.
Is there an extra charge for crossing the bridge?
Travel is factored into the rate rather than billed separately. Send the address when you text and Ryan confirms the figure before anything is booked.
